Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin & Nails Vitamin Gummies

I am so thrilled with these hair, skin, and nail gummies! I just purchased my fourth bottle of these and they will continue to be a part of my routine. I’ve noticed that my nails look healthier and are growing in fast! I’ve been dealing with hair loss due to a medication side effect and since adding in these gummies I’m actually starting to see little baby hairs starting to grow back! This is something you have to give some time though. I didn’t really see results until halfway through my second bottle. I appreciate that these gummies aren’t made with an artificial sugar. They taste like a sweet strawberry treat and have a nice chew to them. They don’t bother my stomach and other brands have in the past. I love that these are affordable and they have really helped me kickstart my hair growth journey. I highly recommend giving these a try!

I've been taking these consistently and have been really impressed with the results. The gummies taste great—no weird medicinal or vitamin taste—and they're easy to take every day. The biggest thing I've noticed is my hair growth. Over the past year, my hair has grown approximately 6–8 inches, which is huge for me because my hair has never grown that quickly before. I can't say for certain how much of that is from these gummies, but the difference has been noticeable enough that I plan to keep taking them. First of all, the gummies taste really good. They have a nice balance of slightly sour and sweet flavors, so they’re enjoyable to take every day. Second, I’ve been really impressed with the benefits of this supplement. I’ve been taking it for about two months, and I’ve noticed that my hair and skin feel healthier and stronger. I honestly can’t imagine my daily routine without this supplement now!

I was having a horrible issue with my nails peeling & being brittle. I bought this along with some nail oil with the hopes of repairing them. I cut my nails as short as possible to cut off all the peeling & took 2 a day, I had to cut them short once more to clear out all the peeling, but then they grew back nice & strong with no peeling. I really don't see a difference in my hair & skin and don't know if I can attribute the result with these or the oil, but if you are having similar issues, I recommend the combination

These are delicious, and DID WORK - however, they did all get stuck together, and made one big clump, so I eventually had to just tear apart the gummies. I immediately noticed a difference in my nails, hair growth/general health!, and even my eyelashes - (I’m not sure if this even has anything to do with eyelashes, but they did grow!) Super easy to remember to pop in the morning , especially because of the great taste! The main reason I cannot rate 5 stars is because of the price. The serving size is 3 gummies I believe, which only allowed for maybe 2 weeks of the product. Would DEFINITELY buy again if they weren’t so expensive.. I’m also just a broke college student, so that doesn’t really help

I love these gummies. They actually work to make your nails harder. Good price, chewable and no problems of stomach upset!! Pop one in every morning and good to go

This product does what it is supposed to. While I'm unsure of the real results I will get I've already seemed to notice nicer skin in just a week (though also paired with washing twice daily). The color is a very pretty pastel pink that honestly appeals to the overall consumability. The scent is far nicer than most vitamins along with the taste -- which is this very soft but slightly artificial strawberry. The quality of these are nice, though they are sticking together.. They are overall very easy to grab and go and I can see them really affecting my overall hair and nail health!

I’ve bought these a number of times. Delicious, easy to eat and I’m sure have contributed to my hair and skin health.

This is my 2nd order. It's soft, tasty, tender and it makes my hair healthier and more solid. Both my hubby and myself are taking it. Will keep going on with it.
