Clear screen. Easy to read and use.

Delivered on time. The meter is smaller than I anticipated, but works brilliantly, is easy to read and even includes batteries and a neck strap. It is very easy to use and comes with extra features, like being able to set reading limits, which will set off an alarm, if the results are outside of the limits you set. This is good for people who don’t know how to use an oximeter, so you can setup the standard range and then they know if it goes into alarm, the reading is too low. It’s size also makes it very portable and easy to carry with you. Just pop it on your finger, press the button to turn it on and approximately 8 seconds later you will get a reading. Take it off your finger and it turns itself off after a few seconds. I’ve not checked it against my GP’s equipment yet, but other reviews indicate that it is accurate. I’m am very pleased and satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

I like it and it feels sturdy. Accuracy I think is good enough. I have tested it against another one and they often sycn so I recon that proves it is reliable. However, sometimes it may take a few seconds for the oxygen level to read, often it shows low when you put it on and it takes a few seconds to come right, i think you just have to not get alarmed when you fist put it on if the oxygen levels readings are low. Once it picked them up it is steady, just seems a little slower than my other, but then on the other hand it seems a little faster at showing the pulse rate changes than my other. But the main thing is after a few seconds they both synchronise so I would say this is an accurate machine. The display is unusual compared to the other two I have had. Its ok, not quite sure whether i like it as much as the other two, but there is nothing wrong with the display its just different, being red and not 'full' in a way it nice to have a different type of display to compare. I guess it will be preference because its clear and bright, so no issues. Overall I like it and have no issues so far with it. When I have got it on one hand and my other on the other hand they do synchronise exactly so I conclude this is accurate and reliable.

Use this on regular basis

Very easy to use and quite accurate with the same reading as the BP units that are used at the hospital where I am being treated.

Bought as covid rampaged our family of 5, worked for all but my 85 yr old dad who has diabetes and poor flow to his extremities, due to this the meter struggled to give an accurate reading, sometimes by as much as 20%, as confirmed by paramedics and ambulance staff. It seems decent, if you're young and healthy but becomes less reliable as your PI drops. It showed a large drop in my Father's levels and allowed us to act accordingly, but I couldn't state it's professional medical quality equipment.

Generally happy with this device. The oxygen saturation figure always seems to be displaying sensible values of 93 - 98%, but sometime the pulse figure is wildly inaccurate to the extent that I would probably be dead - ie 30bpm.. Waiting a minute or two and retesting usually seems to sort it out though. It's easy enough to use, has an adjustable brightness display, and feel of quality is good for the price point.
