Valeo fitness products helps to improve cardiovascular conditioning and strength during workouts. Every Valeo fintess product can be used at home or at the gym, and many are easy to take along when you are on the road. Review: Very good, but beware may not be what you're used to at the Gym--does have some internal shifting, but still great work out! - Not quite the same as my gym used which felt solid (no shifting of inside weight material). The material inside does shift (sand I assume), but if you can get past that, it's a fun and easy way to exercise--better than bar bells that can clunk your legs, head, and shoulders/neck. Just enough weight without overtaxing you to begin with. Outer material easy to grip (not slippery). I'll probably add to my exercise equipment (heavier balls as I progress). Review: Great - Great

Not quite the same as my gym used which felt solid (no shifting of inside weight material). Great fitness ball
I purchased this fitness ball to do my PT exercises at home and continue once I was discharged. It's great for that purpose. Exactly the same size and 2lb weight as the one I used in the office. Shipping was fast, packaging was great. I will probably order a 4lb one to go with it. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Toxic?
I have used these in the past and just ordered 2 more. I used them with my Walk Away the Pounds DVD. However, I was horrified to read the following warning on the underside of the box: CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS CHEMICALS KNOWN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER, BIRTH DEFECTS AND/OR REPRODUCTIVE HARM. It also states that the product should not be used if damaged. I wonder if the toxic chemicals are inside the ball or on the surface that is in contact with our skin. I guess they are being responsible by supplying this information. Can't products be made without using such toxic chemicals???? Will be returning these. BTW, made in China.

It's a Ball
I bought this item to continue physical therapy for shoulder surgery. I was disappointed it came under-inflated and I had to scrounge around for an inflating pin so I could get it to the right pressure. The weight inside the shell doesn't fill the shell so it bounces around inside the shell when you bounce the ball. This out of synch bouncing throws off your catching and throwing motion.

this is not a hard medicine ball. it is soft and squeezable. it would be good for strenghtening the grip. it would be good for doing curls and overhead presses if a light weight were needed
