This is the BOSS and perfect replacement for air tools
For those of you with short attention spans like myself "this WORKPRO 20V Cordless Impact Wrench, 1/2-inch, is GREAT, and will remove your lug nuts with no problem". I wanted a compact impact wrench with a half inch anvil, that could also remove stuck bolts. I saw this 1/2" compact Impact and thought it would make a nice addition, I owned other WORKPRO tools and they are excellent. But to be honest, I was worried this might just be the 3/8" compact Impact with a 1/2 anvil on it even though it Says 320 foot pounds. This is not the case however, I ran it through its paces, lug nuts, brake caliper bracket bolts, lag bolts. I have a scissors jack with a 13/16 socket attachment, and I even jacked up my wife's car with it to see how it would perform. It did everything I had it do, and is EVERY BIT the 320 foot pounds it claims to be and I was blow away with the power and quietness of it and the 3 LED lights come really handy. What’s inside the box Cordless Impact Wrench, 20V 2.0Ah Battery pack, Fast Charger, Belt Clip, User Manual. I would recommend this tool to anybody, the high torque impact is amazing. Also great quality and value. It is a bit heavy but it’s worth it. Don’t hesitate to purchase it. It won’t disappoint you.

increased rating from 3 to 4 stars
09/16/2021 Edit: For whatever reason, the performance of this thing has seemed to improve. It certainly has a different feel to it than the Neiko brand so it took some getting used to. I still dont think it has the same amount of power as the Neiko/Nocry impact, but I could be wrong. For the money, I'd have to give it five stars. It gives you a lot of bang for your buck. (Original review) I would buy the Neiko 1/2 cordless impact, not this one. No question. I've owned the Neiko one for nearly two years and it's excellent. To be fair, I haven't owned this one for very long, I'll update the review if my opinion should change. This rattles a bit when you first push the trigger, which I find odd. On the first charge, I was surprised how quickly the battery ran down. I see it as more of a cordless ratchet than an impact wrench. It's still early, I"ll update this if it gets better.

Killer looks, and a killer strong torque at a great price
Not gonna lie—this is my first cordless impact wrench, and I have been an auto-mechanic for like 20 years now!!! Hahahaha! But, the reason I bought this particular model is because of its price, which is an AMAZING deal, by the way— and because of how cool it looks. I have to remove lug-nuts to install (useless) wheel-lock kits on brand-new cars almost every day, but using shop-air can be a trying process; so when I finally grew a pair of balls, I bought this to speed-up the process. Guess what—this thing has been great ever since. Strong enough to break loose lug-nuts, for sure—especially ones that have not been OVERLY-TIGHTENED by King Kong—and its battery-life way surpassed my expectations. Since buying this almost a month ago, I have yet to charge the battery. It lasts that long—and even without the charge, it still breaks loose any lug-nut. I have NOT tried it on anything else—like exhaust bolts (on which I would never recommend using an electric impact), suspensions, or anything related to the engine; although I am sure it would work just well. WORKPRO even included a Thank You card, and a mini-flier of other items this company makes. Truly a legit tool, and an amazing one at that for the price. Snap-On and Matco can both go fart up a flagpole with their overly-expensive tools. In my honest opinion, of course

2 years later still going strong

May not be a big major brand name. But it's working well on almost everything I've used it on.
purchased in Nov. 2023 still works fine. it has broken loose approximately 90-95% of nuts and bolts I've put it on. only problem I've had is trying to read the green led gauge bar on the battery packs in sunlight. It's worked well and several times it's worked better then some of big name brands friends own.

Great for lug nuts and great value
I got this for basically the sole intention of removing the lug nuts off my full-size V8 pickup truck (extended cab). I tried with a regular tool set to get them off but to no avail. Idk if tire places over tighten lugs these days so you have to come back or what but they were in mega tight. Quickly realized I need a impact wrench but was turned off by the high prices. Until I saw this bad boy. I figured what the heck and bought it. It made easy work of the lug nuts. And had power to spare. It was insane to see how quickly and easily this tool removed what I assumed to be impossible to take off nuts without a pneumatic wrench. Effortless for this little hand held tool. Very happy with my purchase.

Ehh I guess I'll keep it for now.
If your starting off in the shop this wont cut it . Get something with 800+ ft lbs . When something old pulls in this wont pull those lugs off its too weak. But I guess it's not bad for a back up lil gun if you don't have to use your big daddy impact gun. But you should definitely still have a Milwaukee, snap on, IR . If your in the shop .

Seems to be good enough for my needs
Update: June 2023. I am now giving it 5 stars - not because of the item but because of seller support. The included charger with my kit suddenly stopped working (under 90 days). One email to customer support for the product and they immediately dispatched a replacement which I received a few days later. If a company can stand behind what they sell, then I would definitely recommend their products. Cons: Compared to others selling at the same price, this kit came with just the charger, the battery pack, the impact driver itself a simple belt hook and a basic user manual. Some kits are being sold with a case, some attachments and sockets, etc. I do not need those extras but I wanted to point this out esp for those that want them. Pros: This is the only unit in this price range that has an extra 2 or 4Ah battery pack available for purchase. This is probably the most important aspect for me because at this point I do not know how long the battery will actually last during use as well as the longevity of the battery. It is relatively lightweight and as another reviewer has mentioned, if you have a deep socket attached to the driver, you cannot set it and stand it in the battery - it will tip forward. Not really a big deal. Actual performance: As with most of the tools at this price range, I highly doubt that it will be able to deliver an more than a realistic 150+ ft-pounds of torque. In fact, I tried it on two vehicles with lug nuts torqued to a calibrated 100 ft-lbs and resulted in a no-budge. Personally, if it takes more than 10 seconds to break a nut, then I won’t force the tool. I’m estimating an actual 80-95 ft-lbs. Personally, this is not going to replace my air-driven impact driver or my 9A electric impact. BUT for what it is, the tool is perfectly adequate for my needs. It is light enough to even replace a quarter inch driver you just have to be careful not to over torque small fasteners. For those who are not going to use a similar tool for tradeswork or as a daily, then no need to purchase brand name for 3X the price. A lot of people will want to purchase this just to install wheel lug nuts. Be very careful if that’s your case. Some newer lug nuts have an outer sleeve that is easy to strip esp during removal. All wheel lugs nuts should NOT be tightened with an impact tool. Always break your lug nuts first with a breaker bar. Use the impact to finish removing and re-installing the lugs snug. Then finish properly with a calibrated torque wrench. The process might seem tedious and excessive but it’s better than warping your rotors, stripping the threads of your lug bolts (or worse, broken lug studs), or rounding off your soft lug nuts and then having to pay a shop later to replace any of these parts. For what it is, I think it’s a fair price for the tool. You can even purchase additional batteries and it’s still even cheaper than the cheapest brand name equivalent. I will update this review if I have any quality or warranty issues later on.

First Impression from experienced wheel guy
Just received it and headed out to put my winters on. I'm an experienced do-it-yourself wheel guy, so here are my initial impressions. 1) Tips over lol: The people who designed this tool actually forgot to account for the socket weight so the tool cannot stand straight with a deep 3/4 inch impact socket on. lol Oh well not the end of the world. 2) Power ok: So I would say I am getting between 80 and 115 ft pounds on it. I don't know why they rate them higher but I've seen this for similar tools and they are all over-rated big time, sort of like fuel mileage on a Volkswagen, you know it's never true. But the power is sufficient for the job of quickly taking off and putting on lug nuts. It tightens to a higher torque than my previous budget Mastercraft cordless impact wrench though. 3) Build: Time will tell, but on my first use I noticed that the head is a bit wabbly and sometimes doesn't turn/activate when I press the level to work. This happened twice on the first two wheels. So will see if these two things end up being problems long term. Conclusion: All in all the tool does what it should for a good price. I got it because I like the idea that lithium won't drain a lot between uses. Wasn't looking for any miracle tool here. I will return to edit review after I finish our three cars. 4) After doing seven cars I can say that I would definitely buy this tool again in spite of its shortcomings. It did it all one one charge! Also I noticed a screw is missing from the assembly. Oh well.

Great for tire changes
Bought for tire changes. Small car with 76 ft-lb torque spec so I didn't need anything fancy. Works great. Definitely a bit heavier than my dad's Makita I used to use but for twice a year tire changes a little extra weight isn't a huge problem. After changing all 4 tires the battery indicator was still reading as full. I bought it on sale for $80, was definitely worth it. Edit 2.5yrs later. Still going strong! Have used for numerous seasonal tire changes now as well as for some brake jobs. Have used on bolts torqued up to 100 ftlbs and zero issues breaking them loose. Battery life is amazing even years later; I had expected significant degradation by now but it’s still like new.
