Sharp and Well Made
I never bought Victorinox kitchen knives before. This is one of three I decided to try out. I think it is stamped and not forged and I realize that doesn't make a bit of difference. It, along with the other two, are sharp, sturdy, light and controllable. I've wasted so much money on "good" knives in the past. This is all I need.

Sharpest knives in the drawer
If you buy one, you'll buy more. I now have 4 serrated knives and 1 un-serrated knife, which although sharp, I hardly ever use. The serrated knives are excellent. Be careful, they are extremely sharp and it's easy to cut your finger.

Very Nice and Super Sharp
Be careful with these little guys! They are razor sharp! I almost want them a little more dull for safety. They cut through anything like butter and are a nice size for smaller foods like tomato etc. You do have to be extremely careful with them though and have a safe place to store them like a butcher block or container. You wouldn't want to thumb through your drawers with these in them.

Great Knife
I love this classic Victorinix knife. It's lightweight. You will not find a better knife for cutting fruits & vegetables. I ordered this one for my 80+ year old mother. [Her older butcher block knife set were too heavy & cumbersome to use]. She loves this knife! So much easier for her to handle. I also got her a Victorinox serrated knife & chef knife. Highly recommend.

Victorinox makes great knives!
These Victorinox paring knives are some of the best I've ever owned. They are reasonable priced, sharp, durable! I've purchased them a couple of times but only because they disappeared from my kitchen! I would definitely buy them again if the same thing happened.

Almost too sharp
It’s an ok product and this might sound a little weird for a review of a knife, but it’s almost dangerously too sharp - I’m a skilled cook and I’ve slightly cut my fingers on 3 different occasions. I’m getting used to it but …
