Love it. I'm a computer geek that had to use this when we were building a new facility. Two great features - the vented ridge made this much more comfortable than non-vented style. And second the easily adjustable headband. I never realized how many times I would adjust the helmet in a day - loose when walking around and tight when looking up. Very happy with this purchase after using it for 12 weeks.

Very lightweight hat, I can tell it is a thinner plastic than my 3M because the bill bends as I lift it from my head. The headband is a synthetic plastic material that will make you sweat like no other; the washable Terry cloth bands are a must. The suspension on the other hand is magnificent. Adjustable nape height, ratchet tightening that seems solid, and a comfortable cross strap enable this hard hat to stay on, even in the heat.

A lot of guys wear hard hats for years and years until they are battle scarred and beaten. Looking cool and safety are two different things. Replace your hard hat every 1-2 years.Venting works very well in hot climates, good price, fast shipping. Buy it.

As other reviews have mentioned, open bag and no suspension. As opened when received. Tons of other reviews like this, dunno what is wrong with this manufacturer.

Very good quality hard hat and comfortable for all day use. The added strap distributes the weight out evenly on the top of your head. It took about 5 mins. To adjust the straps evenly.

I like the fit. The strap wraps around the base of the neck keeping the hat in place. The vents are a bonus when it gets hot.. very glad for this purchase..
