How do you dispose of the container once it is full ?

You can dispose at some pharmacies or at the county transfer station where oil and other such toxic substances are processed

Can this be wall mounted?

No. But if there is an outside housing that can be mounted and this slide inside of it, then yes. But there isn’t any way to mount directly to a wall

I use 5 small insulin syringes every day, how long would it take to fill up one container?

Don't know if this helps, I use it for shots I have to take three times a week. Had it since May, its a little under half full.

How do u open to put objects in the container?

If you look at the photograph, that thing sticking up on top is the cover for the opening through which you drop your objects. When the container is full, you push that down to lock it in place.
