it is suprisingly fatty, diluted, and high caloric
I know how a real Polish horseradish is made. It has two ingredients horseradish and salt. Some add a bit water, vinegar, or citric acid. Never more. The traditional horseradish is healthy and has a strong clear taste. This one is a typical fatty junk food with a long list of high caloric ingredients that only dilute the horseradish taste.
