Armament Engineering: A Computer Aided Approach

I am reading this book. Although for a novice it is not always easy to catch the explaination, but it is really the best book I have seen for a student to begin with. You need to be really motivated to tackle this subject, a little revision, some reflection plus some calculation done by yourself helps you to understand better. Moreover, the auther is very responsive! That is a gem that comes with this book.

Excellent! Step by step explanations of the calculations and full explanations of why they are used. From the smallest BB gun to the largest cannon, you will fully understand the what is happening. Ballistics and recoil mechanisms are thoroughly explained and easily understood. Plan on making your own rifle? Maybe something a bit bigger? You must have this information!

It seems too much technical with a lot of equations, but otherwise ,well treated and presented.But very poorly printed. Books like these must be well printed. they are reference books, i.e. they live for decades ,and are consulted by generations.
