Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In Place Makeup 3N1 Ivory Beige 1.0 Fluid Ounce

I am 72 years old with all the expected issues. I only just discovered this foundation. I use products to hide spider veins and dark spots. I don’t want heavy products that look cakey. I LOVE this foundation. It does all the work I need to cover issues all by itself. It is still makeup but looks as natural as possible. It is the first makeup to reduce my pores to almost non existent without setting into my fine lines. It also stays put all day. Buy it! Just be careful to color match your skin tones. I super highly recommend it for all ages…at 72 years old I have tried them all and this is it!!!!!

This foundation is incredible. Looks like my skin but better, not too dewy not too matte. Buildable coverage. The finish is so smooth and it lasts all day, I accidentally slept 3 hours in this and when I woke up it still looked flawless. Doesn’t feel tacky or drying. Everything blends on top of it beautifully without looking patchy, stripey or cakey. I’ve tried SO many foundations and none of them can hold a candle to this one. Will be buying another bottle for backup and when this one runs out. Will be my daily foundation from now on. It’s really worth every penny. I used the Ulta shade finder and got my perfect match my first try. So pleased!!

I started modeling when I was 16. I also went to modeling school in Detroit Michigan. We had to take a lot of classes and make up application was one of them. I have tried almost every brand of make up you could possibly buy and I always come back to this foundation. I wore this foundation on my wedding day I put it on at 10 AM and at 2 AM it's still look fresh. I maybe powdered my face once after coming off the dance floor. It covers very well & it will last from morning until 2am. The Double Wear pressed powder however doesn't work as well as other powders I've tried. It's a good foundation if you have oily or combination skin. It's not the maximum cover but the maximum cover doesn't last from morning all through the night like this does. As you can see from my images I've been using it before I was married & I still wear it every day. I've tried every foundation that claims to be the best even air brush make up. I've never found anything that works as well and lasts from 9 AM and I can go out and have drinks with friends and not reapply my make up.

I've been wanting to try this product for a long time now, but never wanted to buy it because I have a lot of foundations already. I finally gave in and purchased this foundation and I am glad that I did. First off, this foundation costs less in stores like Sephora or Macy's; however, with the sales tax and shipping, the price was about the same on here. I am a fair skinned woman with yellow undertones and I have a hard time finding the correct shade because makeup companies don't really make a warm based foundation in a pale/fair color. After looking at swatches online, I decided to buy the color "bone" which is the lightest shade with a yellow undertone. After applying the foundation, I noticed that it was a tad bit darker, but nothing that I couldn't blend out or I also suggest mixing a white foundation in to fix this problem. The coverage is amazing and it is beautiful. In my before picture, you can see that I have a lot of redness and the capillaries on my eyelids are visible ....after applying the foundation, they were covered very well. In my second photo, I just put the foundation on and you can see the coverage is medium to full. My last two photos include what the foundation looks like when my makeup is done. I set the foundation with a translucent powder from Ben Nye and I used MAC NC 15 powder to set under my eyes after applying concealer. I do suggest that you moisturizer very well before applying this product and I'd even say to use a primer. In all, I am a happy customer.

I am super white girl, like neon white lol and even with this "Cool bone" color, it still is a bit darker than my skin color. The foundation looks great though! I have to use their white loose powder to make it look right which is kind of additional expense, but I like that it works waaay better than the brands you find at the grocery store that make your face peel, and it stays on better, even when you got to wipe your nose.

*Adulting" makeup. I'm now 50 and and have struggled to find a foundation that covers my skin well enough from acne scars and melasma but doesn't look like I have cake on my face. I have used many expensive brands to the point of having four or five different foundations at a time trying to find the right shade or consistency that I need. I finally decided to up my game and buy some adult makeup made for skin my age. This foundation is the bomb. It has great coverage and stays on all day without rubbing off. If I find that I want a little less coverage I just dilute it slightly with my moisturizer and it works well. You can still see my skin through it but now it looks flawless. I've gotten many compliments on how nice my skin looks without even mentioning I've changed my routine. For anybody looking for a great product for maturing skin I would definitely recommend this The shade that I chose was cool bone and it is an absolute perfect match.

I have used this foundation off and on for many years. I always go back to it. It's just a lovely finish that doesn't require powder or touch up. I always try new products, just in case they may be better but no, they haven't bested the double matte foundation. The price on this was well under what is being charged in the store for the same product and it actually arrived earlier than promised. I am well satisfied and totally recommend.

I have very sensitive skin so I honestly was nervous trying this for the first time. I’ve heard a lot of great reviews. The coverage is just right as I don’t like the “clay” look but still need some coverage. I do wish the bottle was a little different. The bottle itself is heavy for travel and it’s not very easy to get the make up out. I have to cover the opening with a finger and too the bottle over. Doing when I take my finger off some of the make up will drip and I feel I am wasting some of it.

Long lasting. Great coverage and superb finish. I love this foundation. I've got older skin with some sun damage and it's the best out there.
