I have been taking Proton Pump Inhibitors with mixed results for about 10 years prescribed by Dr for digestive issues. I always noticed in the spring/early summer I always feel better. I have since realized that is asparagus season and we grow our own. I wondered if that is what made me feel so good. I decided to try this asparagus pill and believe it or not, I now take a proton pump inhibitor very rarely and prior to this I was taking 2 per day. So happy to have found this product. *******Update: After taking this for 3 1/2 months of working great, it dehydrated my system. I had headaches, backache, thrush, constipation, dry throat, etc. I would no longer recommend taking this daily. Going to have to find a different solution to my issues. Look up side effects of asparagus........Changing from 5 to 3 stars
