are they touch screen sensitive rubber finger protectors

Not made for anything other than paper pages. Would not recommend for any touch screens.

Are they good for a Hot tip curling iron

I wouldn’t recommend it they might melt or even worse, burn your fingers, and be unable to take it off quick enough, I’d say no

Are these 32-count finger guards silicone or rubber ? Description says both !

This actually includes both silicone rubber and traditional latex rubber. In my pack, 12 of them (the more vibrantly colored ones) were silicone and the remainder of them are latex rubber. If you’re sensitive to latex, avoid these.
