I purchased this product specifically to ease swelling, discomfort and discolouration of bruising after a fall. I’d used arnica cream before. I had two severe bruises after falling on the stairs (upper arm and bum!). Ordered this gel for next day delivery. Fairly pricy, but a huge pot. The addition of menthol provided a soothing and cooling sensation when applied, and I could really feel a difference in the severity of tenderness after just one day applying the gel three times a day. It definitely reduced the severity and longevity of the bruising. I really liked the cooking effect, and importantly the gel was absorbed without leaving any sticky or oily residue. The only downside was the gel is a bit on the wet side, and since you need a good blob to do any good it takes a fair bit of rubbing in. I’d purchase again, it’s as good if not better than other arnica products I’ve used.

This Gel is superb for knocks or bruises and easing a lot of different types of swellings. Become a go to for most members of my family now

This works fast and is a great alternative to volterol or other pain relief pharmaceutical gels. I am trying to reduce pain medication and one of my main issues is when I lie down trapped nerves make my legs numb, throb or just sore. This works for take the edge off so I can get to sleep. It's a bit of a strange texture and it needs to dry in my experience anyway. But I wouldn't be without it. I would highly recommend.

Bough it primarily for stiffness in both knees at the age 93.Have applied it daily for a week and it seems to help improve the stiffness quite well and will continue to use it whilst it helps.The only problem was the packaging of this rathery gel, it keeps attaching to the lid and is quite messy, the gel would be better sold in a tube,much easier to apply. I have used arnica for a long time and is really great for bruises and contusions, I recommend it. The quantity sold me was very generous and I am pleased with the delivery and quality that I received.

I order this last summer after using and giving some away, needed a new jar. This works especially well on bruises, as well as joints like knees and wrists. It is a jel that goes on kind of slimy but works into the skin very fast. When done, there is no film or mess left to rub off on clothes or other things. The price per ounce is way cheaper than the tube, however, the tube works better for joints, while this works best on bruising and does help joints
