Q: Should I use with wet or dry hair?

I use it on dry hair. Really adds shine. I also use Garnier Fructis Brilliantine Shine which is a very similar product in my opinion and also works well.

Q: Can I use just this product and not the rest of the thermasmooth line?

I have only tried once to use this product solo. I did not find it as effective as when I use it in combination with at least the serum, step 3 in the process. Using all four products in the line have given me the results I am looking for and like best, but I like to switch shampoo/conditioner combos for each wash, so only use all four every 4th time I do my hair. I have course, dense, thick, low porisity hair and the 4 product combination tames my relaxed and new growth wonderfully.

Q: Has anyone experienced hair breakage since this product has alcohol in it?

Well,I didn't experience any considering that I I only use direct heat to my relaxed hair at the time maybe once or twice out of a year but no breakage during the usage nothing but softness, shine, and movement . I hope this was helpful!

Q: Are these Ãtems sulfate free?

It does not indicate that it is sulfate free on the bottle..But I do not see sulfate on the ingredients list. There are a lot of chemicals listed. The hotline number for the product is 18777263624
