Does it have an inner seal intact?

Hi - I don't remember that it had an inner seal; I'm almost certain it didn't, but it was very well packaged. It came in a box that was from Leonor Greyl, and the box was in a packaging box that had bubble wrap around it. The cap fits quite snugly as well. I have taken it on airplanes and also not had any issues.
