Life: The Science of Biology Twelfth Edition

My daughter wanted a physical copy of the book to go along with the digital copy she had for school. This was perfect. Arrived quickly in new condition. It is HEAVY though.

Text book is pretty easy to follow. I think this is pretty standard with all loose leaf textbooks, but the pages tear really easily.The book also references achieve resources, but the company won't let you access them independently. Therefore, since my school uses this text but we don't use achieve, I can't access the material. Less a negative reflection of the book itself, than a negative reflection of the company.

It's an excellent book, but practice questions and other features provided by the publisher are available only to students enrolled in formal courses, not to independent learners.

Had an issue (they happen) and it was dealt with quickly - full refund. Will buy again

Last day of Final Exams is December 13, 2022.Book rental is due December 13, 2022. . . certainly not enough time to pack up book and take to carrier when still finishing exams.
