Was great until stopped working
Received unit and worked correctly for about a week then unit stopped chilling wine. Reached out to company and they responded due to Amazon assisting to message but haven’t resolved as promised and wine is hot.. wonder if they are going to replace 6 bottles of wine that went from cold to hot while waiting on Koblenz to pick up defective unit and replace with new one as promised. To date customer service has been less than stellar

Noisy and runs constantly even with good room temperature
Seems to run all the time (house temp is 74-75 and my prior larger unit from a different manufacturer did not run steadily). This one also makes a noticeable noise - constantly. Moved it to another side of a wall to help block it.

Does not hold temp
Bought this because it would fit on the counter and fit just under the cabinets. Not long after the temperature would not hold to the desired setting. It only has a manufacturer warranty and they will not do a thing after 30 days. Do not buy this unless you would like to be replacing it over and over again. You get what you pay for.

Fits nicely on my kitchen counter.
So far, I'm really enjoying my wine fridge. I like the way the temperature adjusts on its own. It is just the right size for my small kitchen. This was a really nice gift from my son. He did good 👍

Don’t buy
I brought this item for Christmas 2023, and by March of 2024, it stopped working, called Amazon, who stated was no longer responsible, was told to get with the manufacturer, manufacturer state to send back to them, since there’s no related warranty company where I live. When I took it to UPS/USPS it cost more to return than the cost of the product. When I called back to the manufacturer they offered no other alternative.
