how is the quality of this mug over time? Does it chip paint/finish easily?

The quality is good. It hasn't chipped but we don't put it in the dish washer. The words are still nice and dark. Hope this helps.

Is the handle for right handed or left handed drinkers? My boss is left handed and i'm wondering if the wording will show face him or outward?

Good laugh

I bought this as a gift for my son who is indeed, awesome. He loves it and has left it here so every time he visits, (which is often), he wants "his" mug. The large size and wide handle make it comfortable to hold and drink from. It's been dropped a few times but no chips, or cracks and seems to be very sturdy. Great gift or for your own awesome self. Worth the cost.

Love the saying on this mug!

Purchased for DIL for Christmas. Looking at the mug, it appears to be good quality. And is dishwasher and microwave safe.... The graphic is as awesome as the mug says it is...lol My DIL recently changed jobs and has her own office and will make good use of this outstanding mug. I know she's gonna love it! Can't wait to see her expression when she reads it!
