NO, I do not work for them or know who they are. I AM thankful they at least sell through Amazon. Not sure what their beef is with the US, but you can NOT buy directly from their website (which I think is total crap not allowing from US to purchase directly from them!). Aside from whatever THAT is all about, their products are VERY GOOD QUALITY, EASY TO USE, LAST LONG-CHARGE WISE, and GENERATE GREAT DATA ELECTRONICALLY you can send/print to give to your providers. or just to keep track of yourself. I have this same pulse ox-it is VERY accurate, but got this for my parents to use. It uses bluetooth technology, but does NOT store the data on the pulse ox like their more expensive O2 ring does ($165-worth the price if you need it overnight for respiratory or neuromuscular weakness diagnoses). You have to have the app opened on your phone for it to link and then it will immediately read the data from the pulse ox and will save it on your phone in the app. if you don’t have the app pulled up and have it on your finger- it works fine, but you won't have any of that data until you open the app. They have recently updated their app and it is MUCH easier to switch from device to device now (was a problem in the past). Their white one also works, but like this one-have to have app opened-doesn't store data (I use that one for my patients). Their BP cuff is great for my arm, but not likely to fit around large bulky arms-not sure if they have a larger size for that, but it's definitely a small-medium size and works really well and very accurate-nice being tubeless and wireless!! The scale uses a different app, but works really well for weight loss/management needs with tracking body fat, BMI, lean muscle and fat mass, water, etc. like the Tonida scales, except lighter and for home use. I'd say it's pretty accurate unfortunately! lol I have my work cut out for me for sure! but it connects easily to the phone as well. All of that can be purchased through Amazon I believe. So overall-ALL the WELLUE products are ACCURATE, PRECISE, EASY TO USE, EASY TO CONNECT, EASY TO SHARE DATA WITH MEDICAL PROVIDER, and can be used on multiple people if wanting to use for work purposes or a clinic use. For those who need an inexpensive BiPAP and can't get insurance to hurry up and pay for one, they have an affordable one you could just purchase outright. I have no idea if it is any good, but considering the rest of their products are top notch quality medical supplies for lay or medical people, I'd think that would be as well.

With respiratory infections going around, I thought it would be handy to have a simple pulse oximeter available to be able to quantify something as subjective as "shortness of breath". There are many inexpensive pulse oximeters being sold. I took my chance on this Wellue Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter Fingertip PC-60FW, marketed by Viatom Technology after reading a few reviews. I don't really need the Bluetooth capability, but Amazon was selling this for the same price as their one without Bluetooth, so why not. It was easy to install two AAA batteries. This device is super easy to use. Put your finger inside the molded finger slot and it automatically turns on and begins showing your blood oxygen saturation level (normal is 95 to 100%). It also shows your pulse rate and your perfusion index (which is the ratio of systolic to diastolic blood flow). The device softly beeps with each heartbeat, a nice auditory confirmation that it's picking up your pulse correctly. This feature can be turned off in the menu system. The relative perfusion waveform also shows up as a moving graphic on the bottom of the very easy to read color OLED display (see photo). When you remove your finger from the device, it automatically shuts off after a few seconds. Unlike most imported electronics, this one comes with a well written and clearly understandable manual. I downloaded and installed the free ViHealth app from the Google app store onto my Bluetooth enabled android phone. With the app running, it immediately saw my pulse oximeter and linked with it with no problems. Now, the data from the oximeter is displayed on my phone screen and recorded into a file. I could see where this would be very helpful if you needed to monitor oxygen levels or pulse rate for long periods. For just a quick spot check, the app doesn't really add anything. I tried the pulse oximeter on several different fingers and it gave consistent readings. This should be a great addition to our home medical kit. I'm somewhat amazed at what this can do and how well it's implemented for the little it costs.

It works well enough, but while you can theoretically log your O2/HR while sleeping, it's not really built well for that. It has no strap to hold the sensor on your finger, of course. The bigger problem is that I don't see any obvious way to turn off the screen, unless I'm missing something. Being OLED, it shines brightly in the dark. I will need to put tape over the screen or something to make it more usable while sleeping. Also, by default it seems to beep with your heart rate. You have to turn that off in the menu... I'm not sure anybody needs it to beep like that so I don't know why it defaults to it. Also I installed the Vihealth app on my Android phone and connected to the device, and it works reasonably well. You can't do much with the app while it's in a logging session (it shows the data but it's not a very useful display), but after it decides the session is over you can go through the data a little bit and, more importantly, export the data from the app in multiple formats. This could be very useful for analyzing in a spreadsheet or something, importing to other programs like Oscar, or bringing to your doctor. The actual reading accuracy seems good enough when compared to the non-logging medical-grade Onyx pulse oximeter I have for general use. Other people have complained about battery life. I am unsure if it eats through batteries as fast as others say, but I used it for 2 hours one night and it still has plenty of life left. I did use rechargeable lithium AAAs though. It seems to have a pretty high low-voltage cut off (that's not a good thing), so rechargeable NiMH batteries do NOT work well with it. You'll need to use alkaline batteries at a minimum. Either rechargeable or non-rechargeable lithiums will probably work best with it, since they have very steady voltages right up until they run out of juice. Also it was pretty inexpensive for a pulse oximeter that lets you log the data via bluetooth. The dedicated night-time pulse oximeters are generally an order of magnitude more expensive, although they do have finger wrap sensors. Still, if you are on a budget, it's good enough.

This is a great tool for doctor appt. It's numbers were very close to my doctors office. Liked that it had an alarm for number to high or to low. I would have liked it to record those numbers. overall a great tool. Plus it being on your phone even better.

I've had this since 2021. It still works great. I've used it to monitor through nights with the app. Keeping it in place was the only trick, it worked just as it should. I've got it set to alarm at my high and low preferences, the function is pretty intuitive as it only has one button. I've personally had no issue with it. Definitely worth the money as with anything just take care of it and it will last for years.

I have lung problems, so I have bought over 15 brands over the years. I even had a medical grade Nellcor Pulse ox before parts became too expensive. I like the Wellue (I have 4 for different locations) for its price, accuracy, ease of use, auto start (No need to press a button) and Bluetooth to my phone which has a continuous monitoring App. The App monitors in real time, the Oxygen level, Pulse rate, ECG graph It is accurate when I have done checks at doctors' visits and to be honest, I think most Pulse-ox are. I can use the App to tell me how I'm doing throughout the day and even at night. The unit does not clamp down so hard to be uncomfortable for long periods and sometimes (not always) I have had to use a piece of self-adhesive wrap to hold it on my finger. I'm no doctor but I have found from my extensive use is that the accuracy can vary from unit used, which finger used (especially if you have Raynaud's[me] or other restrictive blood disease beside the lung restrictions[me] that it is mainly used for, all at the same time. I use my index or middle finger and wait for the highest reading or if the reading is stable, that is my oxygen level

UPDATE 9/11/21: After using this for roughly 6 weeks, I'm not really recommending this one anymore. Downgrading from 4 to 3 stars. The device itself is very good for the price, but if you want to use the app to record data, it needs to be updated. PLEASE FIX THE APP SO THE SCREEN DOESN'T STAY ON ALL THE TIME. Because the screen is staying on, the phone needs to stay on the charger and it's damaging my phone's battery...the phone keeps charging beyond 100%, which can lead to swelling and leaking batteries. Original review: I have no way to measure the accuracy of this thing, so I take the readings with a grain of salt. It's easy to read. The display is bright, so using it at night while sleeping, I simply put my finger with the sensor in the included little cloth bag and it blocks most of the bright light. The app is pretty basic, but it does a decent job. If I were to suggest improvements to it: 1) Offer a sleep mode that turns the screen off but keeps recording. As it is, the white screen is screaming bright at night and drains the battery. Keeping it plugged into a charger while the screen is on all night long is really not good on the battery. I have to keep it plugged in, cover the screen with light clothing to block the light and also remove the phone case to keep the phone from overheating since the screen is on for hours while simultaneously being charged. 2) Offer a way to delete recordings. Some of the recordings are tests, like a few seconds long, but they clutter up the list of recordings. It's not immediately obvious the recording is only a few seconds long until tapping it, where the recording length is then shown 3) The zoom feature when reviewing a recording will show exact measurements at a specific time. This is awesome! However, the font is so very tiny, that it is really hard to read, even with glasses on. 4) Someone said that Perfusion Index is recorded. I don't see it in the recordings. I see it only during the real-time readings, on the device and the app. To the person who wrote a review that said "there appears to be no app that requires NO access to personal data"...this is not the case with the iOS ViHealth app for this device. The privacy settings are very low - it only has access to Usage Data and Diagnostics. It doesn't have contact to your Contacts or Photos or anything else. That's about as good as it gets in today's world of smartphone apps.

Bought this as husband dropping his sats and needs to get fitter! It alarms when he doesn’t breathe properly. Happy I bought this one and not the cheap one as he’s been having dizzy spells and I need to know when he has them. The cheaper ones don’t have the alarm.

Me duró un mes funcionando y de repelente dejó de funcionar, cambiamos pilas y ya no funcionó, no es caro pero si lo compras, debes saber que es desechable
