Elevate Height Adjustable Raised Cutting Board Butcher Block for Kitchen - Large 18 x 14 Inch - Bamboo Wood

I’m 6 ft tall and renting an apartment, so countertops are standard height- not made for tall people. I’ve been sitting on a chair to cook so that my back isn’t in pain from hunching over. I finally looked into getting a chunky cutting board and found this! What luck. It’s big and you can use it with or without the legs! My husband is shorter than me so he doesn’t need his own board! I put my meat cutting board right on top of it when I’m not cutting veggies. I may get some grippy stick ons because my counter-space is extra slippery and the provided stick ons came off after a few weeks. But the actual board is *chefs kiss* gold! Enjoy!

The cutting board does the job as designed. The added height allows me to cut and chop without bending down to the counter. Where have you been all of my life?

DEFINITELY a back-saver for this 6”1’ cook, but the bamboo surface, in my opinion, is somewhat “soft” and “grabby” no matter the knife I used when prepping food. I wish it was a harder wood, or maybe a bamboo composite or something so my knife would slide more easily.

I love everything about this. It’s just what I needed.
