Im wondering does this help dark circles alot paired with the cream? Also if it goes away will they stay gone even when not using the cream anymore?

This helps with dark circles but is really a great eye moisturizer. You won’t want to stop using it

Is this left in the skin or does it need to be rinsed after some time.... if so, how much time before rinsing?

There is no need to rinse this. It's not like an acid scrub or something like that where it'll peel/irritate the skin if left on too long (at least that I'm aware of and what I've experienced). This is meant to go on the eye prior to adding the eye cream

Do you apply this serum first or the eye cream first?

The serum first because it's more quickly absorbed.
