OK, this is probably TMI but let’s get real this is why we look at the reviews. I have hypothyroid so I have very little metabolism which means my body doesn’t process food the way it should so I struggle with having bowel movements. Since I started taking this, I have a bowel movement at least once a day and my stomach doesn’t feel so bloated and ugh. They are capsules so they’re easy to swallow and they don’t have any taste. I don’t know about immune support yet, but the probiotics and digestive enzymes are doing their job. I do wish they were a little more affordable because I know not everyone has $30 a month to spend on probiotics. That being said if you do have the money these probiotics are worth it. Excuse my puppy in the background, he had the zoomies this morning then wore himself out playing.

This probiotic is absolute magic! I’ve tried so many expensive brands in those fancy red and pink bottles with zero results. I suffered from recurring vaginal odor for years, and even prescription meds from my doctor didn't provide a lasting fix. Within just two weeks of using this product, my symptoms completely vanished. I’ve been using these probiotic capsules and overall, I’m happy with the results. The capsules aren’t too big, so they’re easy to swallow, and there’s no unpleasant or foul smell, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, they seem to be working for me—I’ve noticed that my bowel movements are softer and more comfortable. The only downside is that I have to take two capsules a day. Because of that, I don’t really see myself purchasing them every month, especially since I’ll go through the bottle faster. Overall, they’re easy to take, have no unpleasant smell, and seem to work well for me.

This is a great product. I have no digestion issues

In 2015 I started having issues with diarrhea, stomach pain, cramping, and skin eczema. Soon after, I found that I could no longer tolerate dairy or gluten. I visited several gastroenterologist through the years. I was told I was told my body was having trouble digesting food. I was told I had IBS (which now I think is not a thing at all. It's just an unhealthy gut) all sorts of tests were done and was told I would have to take dicyclomine with every meal indefinitely. Still I had no real improvement with medication. I gave up on Drs. My diet was limited and I felt horrible. I began doing researching and I read about gut microbiome and how having an unhealthy gut can cause some of the symptoms I was having and how probiotics can help. So ok. I began experimenting with different probiotics and pre probiotics. Again, no real results. I read the reviews for this and decided to give it a shot. This bottle of pills did not disappoint!! Within 2 weeks the cramping, pain, and diarrhea lessened and my stools were becoming more firm. So ok, over the next couple weeks on this probiotic I slowly began eating foods I had previously stayed away from but still avoiding dairy and gluten. Things improved more. It has been a little over a month and in this week I've purposely eaten everything that before would cause the symptoms I mentioned above. And there was little to none. These probiotics are the reason. For 7 years I suffered. From 2015 until Oct 2022. Nothing any Dr. has prescribed for me has gotten me to the level of comfort my stomach feels after a meal or after eating dairy or gluten as these have. There has been a drastic change. I feel about 90 percent better. I ordered another bottle last week and I'm sure by the time this is gone I will be 100 percent. For anyone out there suffering from IBS dairy intolerance or belly pain and cramping give this a try. Everything isn't for everybody, but for me, this was my cure. I thank the makers of this product. I have my life back I no longer have to worry about watching everything I eat and finding substitutes for everything. Which is hard when you have food intolerances because your nourishment suffers. I am now able to eat healthy well rounded meals without the worry, pain, diarrhea, eczema and feeling all around lousy. I'm ok now.

This is a solid women’s raw probiotic. No unpleasant side‑effects. I take one capsule each day as directed. It works as expected

I tried these and my body could not handle them because they made me feel so sleepy and I could not function the next day. I do have a fatty liver and high enzymes so that may be why. I tried another brand that is just one type of probiotic and it was easier on me and did not make me feel sleepy and helped my liver enzymes go down. But my boyfriend likes them and said they help him feel better and have more energy after he adjusted to them. At first they may may you feel sleepy so take them at night and you may adjust but it had me feeling groggy all day while I was taking them and it may be because of my liver I’m not sure.
