Do DPAccessories Lug Nuts have a thin cap that is going to swell or fall off?

Is the black finish Matte black? Gloss black? Does the chrome rust?

We call our black plating a satin finish, in the middle of matte and gloss. Our upgraded finishes pass extended corrosion tests and will look great for years with normal cleaning with soap and water to remove brake dust and road salt.

Can I use an impact wrench with these lug nuts? How much torque can they take?

Impact wrenches are no problem for hardened steel and our plating! Just don't overdo it, this isn't Nascar. Turn the power down, use a socket designed for lug nuts, and torque to the OEM spec with a torque wrench. That's the right way to do it.
