Simple easy read. I enjoyed all the top performance and leadership tips. You could apply the content to anything from teaching, coaching, health care and more. These are essential life skills needed to cope with life's issues.

A classic Zig book. Full of very valuable info. You will actually come to appreciate his old fashioned sense of humor and what is right and wrong. You will love or hatel it...just like Zig himself.

Excellent book. You will find a lot of motivation items (as you would expect from a Zig Ziglar's book). For more research information that will help in your leadership skills I recommend The Leadership Challenge. Anyway, "Top Performance" is great.

I manage a dozen union civil servants. Morale has taken a hit lately. This book helps find strategies to motivate folks where no funding or professional development exists. Alternatively, while up to a tremendous task, I think it is best read in small segments so as to keep the material fresh in one's mind.

If you lead people.. you need to read this book.. that's the bottomline- i'm going to use it to teach people that really could use the lessons

Great book that I'm reading for the second time. Not because I skimmed thru it the first time but because all the information in it is so good and helpful that I want it all to sink in! Many dog-earred and underlined pages.
