Where are these blades manufactured?

I didn't receive the product shown above -- they shipped 4 boxes of 2 blades each. The package says "Made for Sale in India"; it also says: "Manufactured by Proctor & Gamble Indochina Ltd Vietnam - Singapore. There appears to be a manufacturing date of "1117" which I parse to mean November 2017 -- so this is old inventory. I'm thinking Gillette is sunsetting this product, and various resellers are dumping their old inventory here on Amazon. The old bulk packaging blades is all "out of stock" so I think that says it all.

Do these blades rotate?

Don’t know exactly what he means by rotate? They rotate up & down if that’s what he’s looking for 😊

what is the difference between the mach 3 and the mach 3 turbo blades?

Mach 3 Turbo is more expensive than the regular Mach 3. It is also harder to find. I find that it gives a much smoother shave without so many nicks and cuts so I think it is worth the extra money
