The item fits and is an improvement over the one that came on the 2008 Mount Vernon stove. It hasNew and improved rollers and my 2008 stove did not and that made it harder to reinsert the ash pan.

Item doesn’t fit!
The screw holes in the catches were too small for the stock screws. They had to be modified ,causing a lot of grief and expense.
