Toneing
I've been using this machine for over a month, it is giving me a decent workout routine. I had to get away from free weights to due the strain on my joints so I am giving this a try. I must say It dues challenge me a bit and it is giving me what I need at the moment.

Very nice product
Perfect for my wife and I who are in physical therapy and need to have a low impact means of working out.Not the easiest to set up and I would have preferred a much larger foot base. But nothing I can’t modify.

The Total Gym Extreme is a great asset to the daily routine. Very durable, rated for 250lbs. I myself was 300lbs at the beginning, of course timid about structural integrity, the machine performed with no problems. Of course treating it with respect and using it only as intended. The cards are a very helpful, especially for me as a beginner to fitness, very educational along with provided dvds. This system is really what they say, durable, effective, and with so many combinations in one simple system. It's a perfect fit in my garage. Thanks to Total Gym, I've lost a lot of weight, and it really makes my daily workout routine enjoying.

Works well
Already mostly assembled. It is a little heavier than I expected. Glad my son in law was there to help me get it out of the box and unfolded. Sturdy built. My wife and I have been using it for 2 weeks, 3 times a week and have already noticed an improvement in flexibility and waist line ( modest improvement) the exercises are fairly simple and easy to adjust the resistance. I think it usable for all ages and abilities.
