Color Mask, Caramel - Color Depositing Conditioner

Absolutely impressed with the quality of this color conditioner. Not only is the color fabulous, my hair has body and looks fantastic. Placing an order for more.

This didn't work at all. I bought it because my daughter had a green tint at the ends of her hair after dying it blue. I saw another reviewer had the same issue and said it neutralized the color in her daughter's hair. We tried it twice. The first time we followed the directions, and nothing happened. It didn't even deposit the caramel color into her blonde hair. The second time, I applied it to her dry hair and left it on for 30 minutes. Once again, the green remains and no caramel in the blonde strands. For the price, I expected results. This just felt like a cheap conditioner that stripped her hair.

I got my hair done at a new stylist and now I know that she is definitely not a colorist. She bleached my hair so badly it turned white. I went hoping to come out looking younger and I looked OLDER! Found this product and happy to report that the excellent reviews hold up! My hair looks absolutely amazing and now is a soft, warm, blond. I can go back into the public without a hat :) Thank you Four Reasons for developing this product! Caramel is delightful!

Helped tone down my blonde highlights, but it actually turned the hair pinkish - I ordered and used the 9 caramel, but the hair looked like the rose 10. I did like the way the hair felt after.

12/28/24 Overall, I'm pleased with this product although, if any, the changes were not in color. It DID tone down my brassyness but best of all..... my hair looks soooo much healthier. I'm purchasing another, darker blonde now. AMAZING I used half of the container on just above the shoulder thin hair and left it on for longer than the recommended time. There's little to no color change BUT, my 60yo frizzy hair looks healthier and the frizz is gone. I will update at a later date

Being blonde is fun, but also a pain! After attempting a salon appointment to get my yellowish blonde more to a strawberry or honey blonde (which failed horribly), I took a year to let my hair grow back (because of course she cut it too short!) and now wanted to try something. I am a coward, so permanent dye was not my go-to, but I had heard about toners and other products like this, so it was time I try. And WOW! So so happy with it! I've only used it once so far and washed once since getting, and I am really happy with the results so far. For application, I did partially wet hair and worked in the product in all sections of my hair going from the under layers and finishing with the top, left in for 20 minutes (once I finished the last section), and rinsed it out after. My hair is prone to not keeping moisture, so I may suggest using this product, and the following night or day to do some oil or extra conditioner to bring back softness and silky feel. Otherwise I had no issues or noticed any negative changes in my hair! Yay! Pictures (I think in order) are the first two showing the color in what sunshine I could find, then the product itself with my hair before, and then the collage of before and after. Yes my bathroom lighting is awful and quite cold in shade, but you can see at least a bit of how it changed. I would say in natural/sunlight you can really see the difference! It's not a mind-blowing change, but man I'm so happy that I have a great, cheap(ish) product that gets my hair exactly as I want. This plus cutting my hair myself makes for a happy wallet, and happy person!

If you want something that is just going to make your hair greasy, then you found the perfect product. If not, do not buy this. My roots are showing quite a bit as I am a natural blonde and after I used this product on half of my hair (so I could see a difference) I saw absolutely no difference between either side of my hair. There are better products out there.

My natural hair colour is a dishwater blonde. Went to hairdresser for highlights, asked for a warm, buttery, honey blonde and instead got a cool, ashy platinum that washed me out. This toner turned it right around, and now I have the colour I wanted all along! I used the Caramel on towel dried hair the first time for about 8 minutes. It gave my hair a warmer, golden tone that was soft and well-conditioned. I had no issues with colour staining my hands or skin. The second time, I used it for only 5 minutes and the colour is perfect. There is a hint of a 'peachy' tone on a couple of highlighted sections, so I will be careful not to use it too frequently or for too long. Overall very satisfied. It saved me an expensive return trip to the salon! Would recommend.
