Do not bother if you have Afro hair
This relaxer burnt my scalp but didn’t even dent the hair. My hair was kinky and got really dry. Either relaxer had expired or it’s just bad. Avoid.

Works well in my hair
I like this relaxer all be it, it’s a bit pricey works well on my hair and I am able to leave it 10 weeks before needing to relax. I do prefer the No2 but that is too hard to get hold of but this works as a substitute. Also it would be good if the manufacturer separated the cream so you can actually use half instead of just having a line on the tub, I think it is harder to separate the cream accurately so I end up waisting what is not used.

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
1. Read the instructions carefully before use. 2. Apply the pre-soin baume (5ml) to damp hair. 3. Apply the crème défrisante (225ml) to the hair, leaving it on for 20-30 minutes. 4. Rinse thoroughly with the emulsion neutralisante et lavante (125ml). 5. Apply the lait restructurant (60ml) and the inducteur index 1 (60ml) to the hair, leaving them on for 5-10 minutes. 6. Rinse thoroughly. 7. In case of skin or scalp irritation, rinse immediately with water and use the emulsion neutralisante et lavante. If irritation persists, consult a doctor. 8. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention.

Double processing is very risky and I would not advise. Any relaxer should be used on virgin hair. Even a retouch is done with care not to overlap with previously relaxed hair.
