No! But they are the best I could fine!

Are these the half glasses that rest low on your nose?

I definitely wear them low on my nose. I only use them for reading so I only need them when I look down at text. I would get a massive headache if I wore them as regular glasses. However, they look great either way. I really, really like them and keep the all around the house. Highly recommend.

can you use corrective lenses in them?

No, they already have a correction lens for close up.
