Carlyle Melatonin 12 mg Fast Dissolve 300 Tablets | Drug Free

I had a business trip to Asia and stayed in different country with different time zone for two months. This melatonin did work for me to adjust the jet lag and could have good night sleep when I travelled to a new country with new time zones. It tasted good with berry flavor and didn't bring me any side effects. I am still using it now since I just returned from Asia and it helps me to have good night sleep in USA. Highly recommended.

I have used many varieties of melatonin and I really like these. They have a slight berry taste and don’t have a chalky aftertaste. They have a faint berry smell that is pleasant. They help me fall asleep faster and I don’t wake up groggy like I sometimes do with other sleep aids. I have never experienced any side affects. This size bottle is a good value for the price.

This melatonin works for people who don’t have major sleep problems. The tablets dissolve quickly, taste pleasant, and can help with mild sleep issues. However, if you struggle with serious insomnia, the effect may not be strong enough. Overall, a good option for light sleep support.

I've ordered this product before and I keep coming back to it because I like the way it Tastes, Melts quickly in my mouth and it has 12mg of Melatonin! I have a very difficult time finding Melatonin in the box stores that has 12 mg and is Fast dissolving. I haven't had any bad experience with the Brand even though I've tried other Well-known brands (although I had to take dual pills to reach 12mg and I didn't like having to do that!) I find the pricing in line with box store prices for this size bottle (when/if I can find it) of other brands. It is very easy to take and I find that it works just as well as other brands I've used that weren't chewable or fast dissolve. As always consult your Doctor about using this or any other form of medication and don't use it if you have health issues, are taking other meds prescribed (or not) including OTC or other supplements (as some supplements don't "play nicely" together), alcohol or are pregnant. Also don't give this to children under 18 YEARS OLD, or the VERY ELDERLY as their systems may not be able to deal with it. Don't take more than the 1 pill (12mg) as taking more may cause impairment rendering you from completing tasks safely. Don't drive after taking this until you are certain how it will affect you. And PLEASE keep this out of the reach of children! It tastes good and they might mistake it for candies! Helps you to fall asleep gently and quickly

I discovered melatonin over a year ago and it has been a game changer. Since then, I've tried various brands and quickly realized I don't want sugar filled gummies at bedtime so I switched to pills and dissolve tabs to try. My wife and I tried these. They are too powerful for her and take too long to kick in. She wakes up groggy with gritty eyes. As for myself? They absolutely knock me out in the best way and as someone who wakes up to use the facilities and has trouble getting back to sleep, these allow me to get right back to sleep better than any other brand I've tried and that is where they truly shine for me. I just place one under my tongue about 45min before bed time and let it slowly dissolve on its own. They have a slight sweet taste that is pleasant and 45min later (or a bit sooner), I'm yawning and ready for some shut eye. You also get a lot for the price. Much more than the gummies versions.

This fast melt melatonin works well, but I can’t order it anymore bc the sugar substitute used here, Mannitol, causes horrible stomach upset for days after using. I need to use Melatonin daily, so this is obviously a problem. I won’t order this kind again, but I will order regular capsule Melatonin from this brand.

It so good for sleeping, half an hour before bedtime good for consume

Very effective, quick reaction. But try with half a tablet first(6gm), then the whole tablet.
