I love this product. When it arrived it wasn’t completely assembled which, at the time, really disappointed me but in the end I was able to put it all together without ANY difficulty. Great product.

Its not sturdy or fit for purpose

I’m gonna write this review whilst the pain from putting this thing together is still fresh in my wrists! Firstly, when you’re putting it together, the mesh head rest does not come off. You have to insert the metal curved parts in these fabric sleeves and somehow try to connect the two pieces together inside. The first was difficult enough. But the second on the opposite side was worse because the fabric is stretched and fighting against you. Plus as you may have notice, the equipment is not all straight and actually pulls the sides into the centre a little at an angle, I assume to save a bit of space. That took absolutely ages and you need some real wrist strength to achieve this. So if like me, you’re disabled and thought this looked more comfortable than other ab rockers, consider how difficult it is to setup first. The headrest is ok. It’s not as supportive as I would’ve hoped. But it’s certainly more comfortable than the ones with the solid block square headrest. This definitely pulls on your neck and back far less than my old one thanks to this mesh headrest. I have a slipped disc in my lower back and a messed up neck from a car accident, so not straining my back and neck were both a critical part in my decision to try this a trainer. I don’t think it’s worth more money than others out there. It also says it comes with a YouTube channel for different exercises but I’ve gone through their entire video catalogue and there isn’t a single workout for this piece of equipment. They also stopped uploading new ones 7 years ago so I wouldn’t be hopeful they may release more in the future and will rely on other fitness pages for workout ideas for this. Another downside is you cannot fold this one for easy storage. You can obviously take the pieces apart, it’s only bolts with an alan key so it is easy to take those out but the headrest piece was so awful to put together I wouldn’t recommend routinely taking it apart. I think the mesh headrest would also become slacker in time if you keep doing so. I can try to answer any questions if anyone needs some info. Especially anyone with bad backs! I’ve been through enough gym pieces to know what is ok and what ruins my back!

Comfortable

Anyone who is starting out with abs, push ups, or shoulders this product is awesome ! Takes the strain off the back and neck for sit ups when working abs ! Easy to put together and so happy with this !!

I cannot put this together. The pieces don't slide together easily and, as a small woman, I'm not strong enough to force them. I will see if my son can do it but am so disappointed that I may have to return it. Update: I returned this and was sent a replacement that I was able to assemble. Product is great and easy to use. Its been months and my core is much stronger.

Les + : confort de la nuque et du dos grâce au filet / soin apporté lors de l’emballage des éléments. Les - : problème de montage, long au début à cause de l’assemblage dans le filet : je ne suis pas parvenue à visser complètement un côté sur la base (je ne vois qu’une partie du trou) et cela risque probablement de se déboîter à tout moment. Il y a un autre modèle présenté sur la même page et c'est celui que j'attendais : la base est arrondie dans chaque angle. J'ai reçu le modèle de la 2ème photo. Donc, le produit est un peu cher sur ce côté-là. Donc, le produit n'est pas conforme à la photo. Je ne peux le renvoyer car je ne peux pas le démonter. Sans ce point négatif, j'aurais mis sans problème 5/5.
