The product is great, to me they’re better than most gels out there. Chewing while tired and craving energy, running and moving, thirsty and with glycogen reserves dying (you’re in puking-feeling mode), might not invite for chewing anything. But their easy taste, not over sugary and good flavor make this doable. They do seem to be absorbed by the body faster than some gel brands (GU). Watch out to anyone reading this: I ordered them in late Nov, arrived in early Dec, and the best before date is June 2024. So you only have 6 months to consume them (i ordered three packs, so total 9 little packages, so total 54 chews to consume in 6 months. Up to you, how fast and for what needs you’ll need them BUT it’s still good to be safe that the expiration date will be on the short side.

I have done 9 full marathons, and for whatever reason, I never could figure out how to fuel during my runs successfully. I am a big-time coffee drinker, and the caffeine in this product certainly helps me out a lot during my long runs. I find that taking this at miles 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11,...etc seems to do the trick for my body. I've been able to run much faster longer, which I would attribute to fueling and this product for sure. I wish they had more flavors other than this and orange (which is 1/2 the caffeine) to help 'change things up', but overall I've had many successfully long runs w/ this product; it works for me and keeps me going.

I bought these for my half marathon training, and while I like the energy and flavor- they are super hard to chew!

Just what I needed to power me through a half marathon. I've been using raisins for years but always hit a wall around ten miles. These are 1. Decent tasting 2. A great source of fuel 3. Easy to open and store. Don't be put off by the idea of "gels". These are more like gummy fruit candies with a softer consistency. Give them a go and take your distance running to the next level!

My fave product for race day. I hate goo's because they leave a loogie in my throat...these are easy and yummy to chew and swallow even when I'm panting on the bike or run.

These were a godsend while hiking with my husband in Arizona. We aren’t hikers, we are categorically skinny fat, with no real muscle mass so we kept these in our water packs and ate them whenever we were feeling/showing signs of sluggishness or at the end of a hike. They kept our energy and stamina up throughout the extended weekend. These along with Liquid IV were how we managed the whole trip!

My favorite thing for long runs. I eat a couple pieces after 6 miles and another piece every 3 miles or so after that. I like to freeze them the night before. Black cherry is my favorite flavor.

The product is great but the website is deceiving. I ordered these thinking I was getting 2 boxes. I would have NEVER paid that much money for 3 sticks X 2. I would recommend being clearer on your site.
