Big name brands giving you canker sores?
After years of frustrating toothpaste usage I was feeling hopeless. I honestly was at the point where I almost didn't even want to brush my teeth due to the fact that I knew there would be pain. The only big brand toothpaste I could mildly get away with was original crest. If I even dared get a specialized crest (such as for whitening) it would be a nightmare. I decided to look into natural, better ingredient toothpaste. I am thrilled with my purchase. This toothpaste just FEELS better. I love the way it foams during brushing. It does leave a very slight sensitivity to my teeth, but definitely fine. I have gotten compliments about how my teeth are looking more white and healthy after just a couple weeks of use. I also adore the taste. Will be repurchasing again once this tube is used. It is worth the extra money if you are in the same situation I was. I saw another review mention that the toothpaste sometimes won't be fully scrubbed in when you spit out you may see particles of toothpaste that seem as if they came straight out of the tube. As a side note I did purchase an electric toothbrush so I am not sure if this affected any results. I have never used this product with a regular one.

Great taste! Fresh mouth and healthy dental exams!
My family has been continuously using this toothpaste for 2 years now. I tried every natural toothpaste I could find at our local co-op. When I found this one I loved the taste! Wasn’t overbearing and made my mouth feel and taste clean for most of the day. My partner use to be so hard to remind to brush his teeth. Always hated toothpaste taste, but this was the first product he didn’t mind and now brushing regularly. I have a subscription for this now so I never run out. I always have extra around too so I have given family and friends tubes to take home and try too when their curious why I have so many in my bathroom. It’s definitely my favorite toothpaste and my family of 3 have all had dental checkups recently with compliments of good brushing and no cavities!

Lovely taste for sensitive morning stomach - not so great whitening or cavity protection in my case
So I really like this toothpaste because the taste is super mild. I have a bad gag reflex and queasy stomach in mornings sometimes and it's SO much better than the super minty stuff. However, I think the combo of 1x/day toothbrushing, my medication (which can cause dry mouth... less saliva... more cavities), and my coke/coffee habit are too much for this toothpaste since it is free of fluoride and SLS. I've always brushed 1x a day and not had cavities usually, but I'm pretty sure this toothpaste has contributed to more in the past year or two. (Not totally their fault as I could brush/floss more!!) Also the whitening feature has never worked for me. I'm going to try another brand with flouride and dry mouth features and see if it helps. Be ware if you're a casual tooth brusher like me...

This toothpaste has saved my mouth!
I don't know that I've ever written an Amazon review. If I have it has been a long time. This has been great for me! I used Crest 3D white for years and loved it. At some point, something changed for me, and my mouth couldn't handle normal toothpaste. I would get canker sores, usually multiple at a time, and it was a constant in my life. I started trying to pinpoint what was causing issues, and came to the conclusion that sodium laureth sulfate has caused it. I started using Sensodyne Extra White, but I missed the incredibly white teeth I had with 3D white. I was also wary of using exclusively Sensodyne. I found a charcoal toothpaste as well that works, but it tastes a little like cough syrup. It also hasn't given the whitening that I was used to before my mouth problems. So, here I am, two years after finding out I cannot use traditional toothpaste. I can't remember how I found this, but I believe I searched whitening toothpastes. This has great flavor! It has a stevia or xylitol flavor, but when you go from cough syrup to that it's good. This has also been the most whitening toothpaste that I have found of any that I've tried in the past two years. It's also a refreshing flavor. I've had a Jason Powersmile in Peppermint, and the peppermint was overpowering. This one is much more mellow.

Our favorite toothpaste. Ever.
As a nutritional health counselor I am always trying to find the best natural products for my family to use, and also to recommend to my clients. I've tried many natural toothpastes in the past, but was able to stop looking once I found Jason's Vanilla Mint. It tastes wonderful, is flouride free, and is whitening as well! The vanilla/mint balance is perfection, giving you a sweet taste but also feeling refreshed. I've had issues with the natural oils found in other natural toothpastes being so strong that it peels the skin from the inside of the mouth (*ahem* Tom's, for example.) NOT so with this brand. Jason is a powerhouse natural brand offering many other products I have found to not only be clean, high quality, but also priced reasonably compared to other naturals brands. They are win-win from all directions for me!

Not GrandMa's Vanilla
Vanilla Mint! it read. Wow, was I excited. I was still working on a tube of Tom's, but had to try this tempting toothpaste taste. I'm not the kind of guy that required an industrial cleaning solution, that stings to the limit of pain tolerance to insure my mouth is clean and disinfected. I just enjoy brushing my teeth for a few minutes and concentrating on the efficiency of getting them their cleanest, without the distraction of sacrificial torture from a cleaning agent that has to prove its strength in ratio to pain. So, I favor a milder taste. And, what's wrong with a Bubblegum, Cotton Candy or even a Vanilla Ice Cream taste? Well, this Jason Vanilla Mint does leave my teeth and mouth feeling clean, very clean. Just a small sliver across the bristles makes an overflowing mouth, hand and sink of lather. Where does all that come from? And the Vanilla Mint taste? Maybe there's a vanilla ingredient in there somewhere, but I can't taste it or even smell it. It doesn't have a mouth burning affect. But, sorry it tastes like sheet rock joint compound, I accidentally got in my mouth once. And it smell like roofing paper. I'll use it up, but search for another prospective favorite.

Love love love love this flavor!!!
Well I personally LOVE this toothpaste!! It tastes AMAZING...obviously not EVERYONE is going to like a particular flavor, and I have to say that I love the fact that it doesn't have an overpowering mint effect. I personally HATE mint and my mouth breaks out and swells when I use mint toothpaste. I will say that if you require a super minty fresh feeling then this particular flavor profile isn't for you. Just get a super minty toothpaste instead. I'm not concerned with tge tiny amount of carageenan since I won't be EATING IT! I meab, good grief...it's in yogurt, ice cream, plant milks, and tons of foods that I don't hear ppl complaining about. This toothoaste foams up really nicely, cleans my teeth well, and leaves my mouth as fresj as I need it to. I don't have super bad breath, so no turbo mint needed for me.

Best Toothpaste Ever
I have been using this toothpaste on and off for about 4 years now. But, every time I have run out, I used other brands. That is, until I notice my teeth getting dingy. Not only is this THE best tasting toothpaste I've ever tried, it's whitening capabilities surpass every other toothpaste as well. Plus, there are no neurological toxins like fluoride in it, either!! Win/win all the way around! 😉😀😁
