The vinyl is thick and appears to be of great quality. The color is a dusty/dull old gold, so no shine. The vinyl applied easily to cotton/polyester material. I did experience some lift after pressing but it may have been a heat distribution issue rather than the vinyl.

This is my 2ed roll, making 75 shirts for kids, works great, have not had any issues with any of the designs or shirts. Pulling it is a little tuff and takes more lifting power than some reflective/holographic stuff I've used but I literally rip the excess off without being careful and have not mis pulled anything , when ironing on seems to take a few more seconds than other stuff I've used but finished product is good

I took my time and made 4 shirts for graduation and it worked well for what I needed

Updated - the company provided me a refund for a defective product. They reached out to let me know that some rolls were defective and made it right.This product was terrible. Split when ironing, and had a terrible time sticking to the material. DO NOT BUY.

I use matte black vinyl daily and normally pick up the 25ft rolls from a different brand. In search of trying to size up and get a bigger roll to purchase less often, I opted on buying this 50ft roll. The main reason I chose to buy this H.T. Vinyl is because I needed a matte black with no shine and the seller stated in the product page that his vinyl is matte.Once I received it, I immediately noticed that the glue side has a metallic black look to it and the vinyl is definitely on the thicker side of what I would normally have used before. I thought, no biggie every brand might have some slight differences and proceeded. The vinyl cut easily and weeded even easier, it practically peels itself off the clear sheet which I definitely loved.Once I heat pressed it and removed the clear sheet is when I noticed the vinyl is definitely not matte at all. It has a very apparent gloss / shine to it. Matte by definition means dull and flat; without a shine. I spoke to the seller to see if maybe I was sent the wrong one or they had a different version but they insisted that all their vinyl's have a Matte finish. I'm not sure they know what Matte is but I definitely would not advertise these as Matte.With that said, if you don't care that the vinyl is shiny then by all means go for it! This vinyl cut, weeded and held onto cotton t-shirt fabric great with no issues at all!But, if you're looking for a Matte black finish then this is not it.

What I love the most is the amount I can practice my skill on my cricut I haven’t had any problem with it 😊
