Roman Joseph’s Studio, 8" H Divine Child Figure on Base, Renaissance Collection, Resin and Stone Religious Statue

I’ve been hunting for this exact statue of The Divine Child Jesus for awhile. While watching a repeat episode of Mother Angelica on EWTN recently, Mother was talking about and showing her statue. It made me search again. I was amazed and delighted to find THIS particular statue here on amazon. I’m sure I searched amazon in prior attempts to locate the statue, but never came across it. I purchased 4 statues to keep on and give the other 3 as future gifts to friends I believe would appreciate receiving one for some special occasion. I was afraid I wouldn’t find the statue again when I needed it in the future. The statue is truly beautiful. It has fine facial details, richly colored paint and intricate designs on its base. I’ve put it by my kitchen window to be able to adore the Child Jesus often throughout the day by its reminding me of Him.

I debated on doing a review w/pics on this item because someone already did, but the photos were a bit on the red side and I didn’t feel they captured the colors of this item as well. Usually Divine Child wears a pink gown and I thought it was a dark pink when in fact it is a deep orange color with a dark blue sash. I was very impressed with the details on His crown. Joseph Studio is always beautiful. Don’t hesitate to purchase this product.

This statue is simply beautiful and joyful. I have a lot of devotions to the Child Jesus, however a lot of the statues of the Child Jesus just look creepy or don't feel like a real, loving, joyful child image. This one just makes you want to SMILE, with your Heart! This statue is perfect for reflecting on the Divine Child of Christ.

Muy lindo

I love the details of this happy divine child! I'm giving it only 4 stars because the painting of the eyes made them look cross-eyed. It makes me pray for children with visual impairment and other disabilities.... I do not know with other statues but this statue that I got has that illusion. I am not returning because of its effect on my prayer intercessions.
