These things WORK, and kick in very quickly. PROS: - Within a week I was able to significantly curb by coffee intake. I was drinking a pot of coffee every morning and reduced that down to a cup, if that. 1-2 mints give me all the caffeine I need. - They taste great and are very minty. Perfect for after a meal or to have instead of a piece of gum. - Contains B vitamins and L-Theanine to round out the caffeine. This provides a cleaner and longer lasting run of energy CONS: - Expensive! I bought the 144 count pack which drops it down to about $0.30/ea. - Wasteful packaging - Contains the artificial sweeteners sucralose and stevia. - These cause me terrible heartburn. I can't seem to avoid it, even after 1 mint, despite having a relatively alkaline diet otherwise. Overall, these work great for me and have helped me significantly cut back on my coffee/caffeine intake. They have helped me several times in a pinch when I needed a quick boost of energy.

I was drawn in by the "Aspartame-Free" label, thinking this company was making a health-conscious choice. I thought, “Great! Finally, a product that’s mindful of what goes in our bodies.” Unfortunately, after purchasing, I realized they use SUCRALOSE instead. Sucralose isn’t exactly a health-friendly substitute, especially for people with diabetes, as it raises blood glucose levels. In fact, in the UK, they won’t even allow manufacturers to use it in foods for children! Here’s an excerpt I found that sums it up perfectly: "There are five dangerous sugar substitutes that are approved for consumer use: saccharin, neotame, acesulfame potassium, aspartame, and sucralose. Of the five main artificial sweeteners, sucralose and aspartame are the most pervasive and dangerous substitutes found in products on store shelves today." To top it off, I can’t even return it because the “Return Item” button is grayed out due to their restrictive return policy. All I wanted was my money back. I’d be 100% happy to remove this review if they’d just take the product back—I don’t enjoy leaving negative feedback, but this experience has been frustrating. All the ingredients looked great until I saw Sucralose (a.k.a. Splenda). BUYERS BEWARE!
