I have been ordering this product for years and would not change to another form of calcium.

Cannot swallow these horse-sized pills
I had used these in the past because they seemed to cause less constipation but always had a difficult time swallowing them. I recently went back to them but, even after cutting them in half, cannot swallow them without choking. I never have this problem with anything else and wish they would put a coating on them. I've called them with the same suggestion.

You cannot read the ingredients from the picture on the website. our family tries so hard to avoid harmful substances in home and personal products. Sodium laurel sulfate is found in some toothpaste and shampoo as a foaming agent. I don't want to be swallowing this thing....Returning it.
