Works great for laundry sink
I purchased a laundry room sink in brown stone color and ordered this and it Looks and works perfectly for it. It was an easy install per my husband and the stopper works perfectly however it is as light as a feather. So with daily use it might get dented up. But we don’t use the strainer ever, it’s mostly for rinsing out paint brushes and washing our hands after doing yardwork.

Discoloring
It's really hard to find these in the oil-rubbed bronze color. In fact, this is the first time I've had my basket match my faucet for that reason.I know why now, though... after two months, the acids from foods are starting to brown it. Not pretty like when the black scours off normal oil-rubbed bronze items, mind you -- true discoloration.Oh well, it was worth a try.

Not what I'd hoped for
I hired a plumber to install, which he said was simple. The color is not a deep bronze and has not held up well with regular use and cleaning (without harsh abrasives). After almost a year, the drains are different colors and have a blotchy appearance.

Does not work for vintage farmhouse sinks
This product is more for standardized sinks. I love the oil rubbed bronze finish and it matches well with other oil rubbed bronze plumbing hardware. However, if you do not have a standard sink it may not work. I have a 1930s vintage farmhouse sink and this product did not fit the drain hole.

Love the color but hard to use as just strainer ...
Love the color but hard to use as just strainer and not drain plug. Have to balance it on opening. No "locking" part so it will remain open and drain water.

No Mark's yet.
Looks very sharp in our sink.

Mine were out of tolerance
I bought two. After a year the finish was deeply marred from ordinary sink use. They both had poor thread tolerances and one of them started leaking because there was insufficient thread bite to lock it down. The problem was not the nut, as I tried a new one which had the same problem. The drain itself was undersized. I finally replaced it with a plated plastic unit. We'll see how long the plating lasts.

Doesnt last beyond 6 months of light use
Very nice looking in sink but within 6 months, the finish began chipping and peeling. I live by myself so don't do a ton of dishes. Looks horrible now and has to be replaced. Will spend a little more $$, hopefully can find 1 that doesn't chip so easily.

poor quality
was happy to find these strainers in oil rubbed bronze. however the quality is not good. started leaking within hours of install. was leaking through a "paper" gasket even with plumbers putty. when I tried to snug it up a little more the retaining nut broke. removed both of them and threw in garbage.

Happy
Not exactly the colour that I thought, but they look really nice with my bisuit coloured sink and venetian oil bronze faucet

Strainer sucks
Strainer basket doesnt stay in place and secure water in sink. Threaded underside is not long.
