They are packaged in such a way that the "scene" is not really set if you leave them in the box. Anyway, this one seemed a little lackluster online, but it's quite detailed and interesting in person. Even though is was $20, I was surprised at the high quality of this toy. It's extremely detailed and well-painted, and all told weighs a good pound of solid plastic. The sarcophagus is huge. Outstanding collectable
I am a fan of the classic monster movies, especially the Universal Studios' features. This action figure is one of the most accurate replicas of The Mummy I have purchased. For the price, it is good sized, well crafted, and solid in construction. It has the feel of a product that will last for years. I have bought other figures by Diamond Select and have been equally happy with each.

Mummy (Imhotep) “classic original” action figure overview
Good version replication of the original Imhotep ( Mummy). It’s at a 7 in tall scale (out of sarcophagus) I don’t think he stands 6 in.

Hefty and detailed
This is a big figure, exactly as described. Absolutely worth the purchase!

Nice mummy, but coffin is defective.
I bought this as a gift for my nephew. When he opened the gift, he was thrilled with the mummy. It's very detailed and realistic looking. However, the coffin won't close. The ridges are mostly lined up correctly, but not totally; there's a defect and the coffin won't close. It just sits on top of the bottom part without clicking together. It's such a disappointment, because this was a Christmas gift, and the replacement option is no longer available. So I can't get a replacement coffin. I'm glad my nephew likes the mummy, but it's unfortunate the coffin won't close properly, especially for the price I paid and the fact that I can't get a replacement coffin.

Lid does not fit coffin
I have given this item two stars because, while it is sturdy and impressively detailed, the lid of the coffin is not cut to allow the lid to rest flush atop the coffin. I notice that a reviewer named "Butterfly" had the same issue. (Wish I'd seen her review prior to purchasing this product.) Rather disappointing.
