Very good sleep aid 😴
I have tried this item because I was having a hard time falling asleep and I'm really pleased with this sleep aid,it works really good and I find myself sleeping more comfortable now and I don't wake up so quickly anymore. This is my 2nd order. Very pleased!!!

I have had insomnia for many years. I have tried everything. I have to say this has helped. I still have to visit BR once but go right back to sleep! I do feel groggy in AM, but that’s ok… sleep is up there tops in importance for our health. I also use small amount of HRT Estradiol/progesterone which also helps.

Tried And Failed
I tried these tablets and they made me feel drowsy but I never fell asleep. The issue is mine, not the tablets. They did the best they could do so this review isn't helpful. I can neither recommend nor discourage their use. Each individual's circumstances will determine their effectiveness. It doesn't hurt to try them if you're having trouble falling asleep but there's a chance they won't help depending on your individual problem. It doesn't seem fair to give a 3 star rating but I can't recommend because I had no success with them and I can't warn off because they could help someone.

Didn’t work for me at all
Didn’t help me sleep at all. Not one bit, but I have severe sleeping problems. Maybe someone that has lesser sleeping problems it may help. I don’t know.
