GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
For some reason, the 1st product that I got would not charge. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded with an option to replace or get a refund. I decided on the replacement and got it yesterday. This one works as indicated on the instructions. It is small (so easy to carry in a pocket if you do not want to use the holster) and the on/off button is easy to use. I like that a red warning light comes once the stun gun is ready to engage. Also, this was at a good price.

Good Buy a must as a woman
I was looking for something like this. Now a days it’s a must being out alone or with your kids. It’s scary to think like that, but it’s the truth. I would recommend to others. I like it’s a good size and it comes with a pouch to put in and carry it with you.

Battery doesn't hold a charge for like 2days if we hadn't checked to see if battery was good for more than that the person we the stun gun is screwed Just for 2 days if we didn't check it and they had to use it enough said
