This is a great combo for fine hair. It smells amazing and it really penetrates the hair shaft and gives the volume as it claims to do! My hair feels really healthy and soft and my scalp feels so clean !! Already ordered the larger shampoo refill.

Been using this shampoo and conditioner set for a few weeks now, and my hair has noticeably more shine than before. It's sulfate-free but still lathers decently, which surprised me. The conditioner is lightweight, so it doesn't weigh my hair down, but it detangles well and leaves it soft. The scent is pleasant, not overpowering. I like that it's free of parabens and phthalates, and the ingredient list (keratin, marshmallow root, shea butter, avocado oil) feels like a step up from drugstore brands. 10 oz bottles go faster than I expected if you're washing a few times a week, so factor that into the price. Overall, good quality and worth trying if you want a gentler formula that still gets your hair clean and shiny.

I have fine and wavy hair. I have tried many products meant for curly hair that left my hair dry and frizzy. This product gives much better results with a nice wave. It doesn’t leave much of a cast, so I can air dry. I like the shampoo, conditioner, air dry foam, and wave spray. I don’t care for the scent, but it’s a minor issue when the product works so well for me.

The is OUAI fine shampoo and conditioner is working very well for my own thin fine hair. It cleans and conditions perfectly. Has a nice scent. Lathers well. I’ve been using it for about year now. I will keep using it.

I have fine & thin hair and this was the only shampoo and conditioner I found that does not weigh my hair down! The shampoo is lightweight, very foamy and lathers the scalp well, and washes out nicely. I would have to shampoo twice to get a clean scalp feel. The conditioner is perfect for my ends, lightweight and rinses well. I had almost perfect blowouts with this set. However, it got way too expensive. With having to shampoo twice, I would blow through a bottle. I was easily spending over $60 a month on shampoo & conditioner alone, so I had to find a cheaper alternative. Although my new routine doesn’t work as well, I’m not willing to pay over $750 a year on shampoo and conditioner. This shampoo & conditioner is amazing but definitely expensive for a product that literally goes down the drain.

3.5 Stars I’ve been using this set for a few weeks now. Here’s the overview: Smell: Not amazing. Smells like laundry detergent or dryer sheets and is really strong, especially the first time. After the first day where it was smell-able all day (I think mostly just by myself, no one else commented), I supposed my receptors got used to it and I don’t notice it overly anymore. I had MUCH higher hopes for the scent because I had been using the anti-frizz crème for a while and the scent of that is lovely. It was the reason I decided to try this set. I normally use Kerastase which always has beautiful scents, but I’m looking for a more affordable replacement. Lather: Excellent. You don’t need a ton of product to get it all worked up and into the roots. Same with the conditioner, it’s concentrated and thick, makes it easy to work out tangles. The amount I need of both is about equal— very important! Other thoughts: 1. My hair seems to be happy with this brand. It feels healthy and the growth is apparent. 2. The cap is tilt style. Normally this would mean capable to open with one hand, but these caps are super stiff so I have to use two. I’m worried something is going to break eventually. Note to product designers: one-handed dispensing is invaluable with all hair and facial products!! Some of the luxury lines are the worst culprits of this oversight. TLDR: If smell is super important, check out a trial size of this if you can first. Bottle might give you issues. Wash and hair quality is great.

The shampoo and conditioner are resulting in my hair being less flyaway and looking fuller. The scent is pleasantly fresh smelling. They are expensive, although I bought them while on sale. Not sure if I will buy it again after these are used, depending on the cost? Opening the bottles are difficult, but I suppose it prevents spillage when mailed.

Ich verwende dieses Shampoo- und Conditioner-Set von OUAI seit etwa zwei Jahren und benutze es drei Mal pro Woche. Ich denke daher, dass ich das Produkt sehr gut einschätzen kann. Das Set ist für mich purer Luxus von der Textur bis hin zum Duft. Mit jeweils 300 ml enthalten die Flaschen mehr Produkt als viele herkömmliche Shampoos und Conditioner. Das schlichte, hochwertige Design gefällt mir ebenfalls sehr. Die Flaschen bestehen aus Kunststoff und können mit den Nachfüllpackungen in doppelter Füllmenge wieder aufgefüllt werden, wodurch sich Plastikmüll sparen lässt. Ich habe sehr feines Haar, das schnell bricht. Umso wichtiger ist für mich eine gute Pflege. Die Formel beschwert mein Haar überhaupt nicht. Es fühlt sich nach jeder Anwendung seidig weich an, sieht gesund aus und lässt sich gut kämmen. Der Duft ist einfach traumhaft. Wenn es ihn als Parfum geben würde, wäre ich sofort dabei! Duftbeschreibung: Kopfnote (erster Eindruck): Italienische Zitrone, Orange.Herznote (der Kern): Türkische Rose, Jasmin (Sambac), Iris, Lilie, Pfingstrose, Magnolie.Basisnote (bleibt im Haar): Weißer Moschus, Orris. Ein großer Minuspunkt ist allerdings der Preis. Meiner Meinung nach sind die Produkte inzwischen unverschämt teuer. Trotzdem greife ich immer wieder darauf zurück, weil mich die Qualität überzeugt. Wer keine Duftstoffe in seiner Haarpflege möchte oder empfindlich auf Parfum reagiert, sollte um die gesamte OUAI-Pflegelinie lieber einen großen Bogen machen. Nahezu alle Produkte der Marke sind deutlich parfümiert.

Bought these after trying numerous other big name brands and wasn't expecting too much but they've surprised me. I got the ones for fine hair (you can get for thick hair) and they're working. My coloured, dry hair is soft after washing and has a shine to it. It hasn't made it go floppy so you can't do anything with it. You only need a small amount as it lathers well and the smell is not overwhelming or unpleasant. It should last ages. Also, my scalp can get irritated easily and this hasn't happened. Will definitely keep using these.
