The Jesus Code

Thought provoking for those in search for Truth. My thanks to the author for sharing it.

To begin with,this is a great little book. For the traditional christian, I'm sure what this book propounds is completely out of the question. However, for someone who wants to persue, explore and seek a greater truth than what their religion or life has offered, I recommend this and other books written by John R. Price. The theme runs primarily the same through out his books, but is expressed from various view points in order to get across to the way so many of us think. And this view point offers the reader a greater hope, a lesser negativity and an uplifting manner in which to discover who we are spiritually. From what I have observed outside of traditional religion but not excluding the people therein, there seems to be a worldwide unity growing toward a greater reality of what we masses call God. What this book has to say as well as many of his books, adds to the unity of that worldwide growing. If one is not happy with where they are currently at in life, this book offers suggestions that, if tried, can change ones "thinking" there by changing ones daily life. Nothing to lose here.

I have other books by this author, they are all excellent. Well worth reading and studying.

The book starts out slowly. I wasn't sure if I'd like it. But that is needed information for the rest. It starts getting good at chapter 7, and continues getting better as it goes, so stick with it!

Each chapter has such great ideas - I've finished the book and now I'm starting to read it again and still learning new things. I especially liked the chapter on perceived problems and how Mr. Price gave the example of the IRS after him. I tried the same thing that he did in a recent 'problem' that I had and it really helped calm me down. I read this book after I read "Nothing I See Means Anything", which is a book about quantum physics and consciousness and both books made a lot of sense when put together.

I am very much a Christian and a Believer in Jesus person. Great Truths were explained in this book, and we are shown how to apply Truth to our lives for the Glory of Jesus on earth.

So many great writers of metaphysical principles were around in the early part of the last century, and John Randolph Price is one of them. This is a book to read and re-read and is an excellent guide to higher awareness, no matter how new you are to the path, and no matter how old you are to the path. Wisdom is wisdom, and if you are like me and are a lover of Truth, you will find nothing but in this volume. Highly, highly recommended.

I enjoyed reading the Jesus Code. It gave me a lot to contemplate and internalize. I highly recommend reading it if you want to learn more about Christ Consciousness.

This book has hit the spot for me. I reread all his others. The message was there, I just didn't get it - but now I do! The meditations are lovely. Halfway through, I felt in the flow - And just when I thought I'd aced it, my ego got in the way. The next chapter was on ego, and gave me great moral support just when it was needed.

This is a gem of a book and I unreservedly give it a five star rating. It is primarily about the code. It does not comprise of a lot of biblical quotations and the occasional reference to the to the Nag Hammadi Library helps to show a modernistic outlook regarding Jesus. The numerous affirmations are very helpful. - It has a challenge for all of us to embrace a new Model of Reality of perspective - as the back cover says......

It gave me the knowledge to be Healthy wealthy and wise. Loved the book would recommend it to anyone.
