I'm on my 3rd set
Started with this product in 2015. They each last about 2 years with several hours of practice a week. That's honestly not too bad considering how much abuse they take. Being on the taller, wider side I've had to add additional reinforcement to the knees on each set after a year and some change. I continue wearing the older set -rotating it out with the new a s necessary- and only air dry after washing. It seems like I'll be coming back every couple of years for a new uniform and I'm okay with that.

Love this new gi
Love this new gi!!! I have been practicing Aikido for over 10 years, but have never purchased a gi online. This one is very soft!! Came a bit big, but as the other reviews said, I ordered it that way to allow room for shrinkage. It did shrink, and now it fits perfect! My 60 something year old sensei was impressed with it when I first showed up to the dojo wearing it!

Quality BUTOKU SEIKA Bleached Aikido Uniform...
The Gi fit great, the belt on the other hand shrunk...it seems to have shrunk over the 24 years since my last purchase : )

Has brand patches on it in case you were looking for a uniform without any kind of patches. Other than that, it fits great and I have easy movement in it. Sturdy material so it looks like it will last a long time with proper care. Highly recommend.

Thi is the best Gi I have bought. Even at my dojo, I bought a Gi, it did not last me. This one lasted me for three years. I recommend this to the martial artist.

Solidly made, but the belt might be a bit small relative to the waist of the trousers. If in doubt, size up one.
