Bought these for an EDM concert and had a blast. Bright enough to see in dim or dark environments. Nice variety of colors and patterns.Charges reasonably quickly, but can not be turned on while charging. Had it turned on for at least 90 minutes without losing charge. It was the first use, so maybe had an extra fresh battery. The instructions indicate it should last 90 minutes.Fits well for having light and battery pack built in. Feels like a normal ball cap. Our concert was outdoors in 43°F weather and this actually kelp my head reasonably warm. It's definitely sturdy, but not super stiff.I saw a couple of other people there with this same hat, so it seems to be catching on.

After reading the other reviews, I was worried about the brightness and the shape.I wore it at 2 events (fully charged between each) and it stayed well lite, bright and didn’t die. I wore it for about 4.5 hours the first time and probably would’ve lasted longer, then I wore it for about 3 hours at the next one. Stayed bright and still has a charge left.Due to how the fiber optics work and are laid out inside the hat, it does fit a little strange. It is not as comfortable as a standard baseball cap.This is all understandable and isn’t too bad, but if you’re expecting it to fit tight, this is t the hat for you.You also need to be careful to not fold or bend the fabric. This will interrupt the continuous light in the fiber. Again this is expected with fiber fabric, but if you’re not familiar with this fabric it can be frustrating. It’s not delicate, but you do want to use care while wearing it.

This hat is great, and I am really picky about my hats. The fit is very comfortable, the peak isn’t too big and curved perfectly. It’s made from great material and while it’s inconspicuous by day, at night or in the dark it really stands out. I’m taking this on my cruise for a glow party, and I’m excited to really stand out. I would totally buy this again.

Good quality hat and well made. I love the fiber optic lights. Many different colors and works best at night time. Fit good and NOT uncomfortable. I got it on sale for $32.00 and would recommend.

This cap just looks, great. Even without the lights the ribbing makes it look very high end. It is thick, and sturdy. When we took it outside after dark or first thing in the morning it was excellent fun. We used it for our younger son who has some issues with darkness when we went to Universal Studios, and it helped make a lot of the darker lines or late nights less spooky. He loved it. Every other sibling wanted on. We had strangers stop us and tell us how fabulous it was and to see if they were selling it somewhere. Some of the mixed colors in the cap were especially brilliant. The white and blue we loved. The flashing rainbow feature another kid loved. It became a game to try and press the button to change the color without the youngest child knowing. Loved this cap. USB charger made it lightweight. He was sad when we were caught in a storm that his hat might be ruined, but it survived a few rain storms now. Love it.

Love the hat, but short battery life. 2 nights in a row I wore it to concerts. On a full charge both nights the battery died after only 2 hours. Too bad, got so many compliments on it and loved it while it was working.
