have an issue no hole in nose cone to tighten prop flys off what can be done, without hole cannot tighten

Sounds like you have a defective spinner (nose cone). Mine had a hole for tightening it. I suggest replacing it, drilling a hole in it, or using a nut.

What are prop sizes for 1500KV version? And what is the power of this motor?

I'm going to use 10X4,5 for my 3D light bird and think it has enough power, probably about 100 wt. Check the spec.

Will this work with a 4s lipo battery?

Yes . Your KV - X your voltage to get your RPM. Its the amperage of your ecs that is critical. I would guess at least a 50 amp ESC.

will this work with a 60a ESC?

Yes, you could use a 60A ESC -- but does not mean you will be pulling up to 60A -- that will depend on the prop and voltage you supply.
