This is nice and creamy, ideal for giving to dogs to help sort gut issues. Lovely for humans as it can be used in a lot of recipes, aswel as for breakfast /puddings with freash fruit.

Lovely thick and creamy yoghurt. I use it with fruit, granola and fruit or oats and fruit for a lovely filling but healthy breakfast.

This is my go-to source of protein. Makes for a fantastic breakfast or snack - just mix with some granola, berries and peanut butter. Want it a bit more runny? Add some kefir. Have half a tub and you've already hit half the protein requirements for the day!

Really thick and creamy texture. Taste is great, not too sour. Bonus: you get 10.6 grams of protein per 100 grams which is insane. 10.6 grams of protein per 63 calories is a no brainer. I like to add some frozen fruit and honey. Sometimes I mix in a scoop of protein powder to ‘treat’ myself.

Despite being zero fat, this is in my opinion the most delicious natural yoghurt I've ever tasted. Some doubters in my family have decried it, but I would always buy this ahead of anything else.
