Doesn’t say “Organic” but in my opinion this is the same great Gerber quality most of us were fed as infants. Probably the best for your baby. I’m not affiliated with Gerber in any way. Just a proud father and grandpa.

which is it, ham, chicken or turkey???

It will show you on the label which one it is. They make ham, chicken, turkey and also beef. Just read the label.

Is it salty like most solid hams in stores?

Great question. We use fresh ham with our Gerber® 2nd Foods® Ham and Gravy and no added salt.
