How is the predators environment maintained upon delivery? I'm put off ordering if they arrive in an envelope or box being 4degrees outside

Hi, how long does it take for the sachets to have an effect? I've had them out for 24 hours and plants look the same (covered in mites). Thanks :)

The are great when using them constantly, but sounds like your looking for an effect. If yo are putting the bags in after an infestation has begun then it's to late but a tube of them in sawdust with heavy concentration of predators with cure that, use the bags as a deterrent more than a cure, changing them regularly to maintain there presence. Some will be out now in the time you say you put them up, not enough to touch infestation, go big it's the only way.

How do I properly open the packet the instructions are not totally clear?!

No need to open the bags usually, there is a way out for them built into the little packets. After a couple of weeks I cut out a small triangle on the top of one side of them. There is no need to do this,
